In case of application in person, appointment arrangement and any procedure applied through a written patient consent, any dispute or claim (including injury claims) related to health care services received from Medipol University Hospital that is not resolved by mutual agreement is subject to Turkish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court in Turkey
